Nicholas S. Prukop

Nick’s mission is to inspire, educate, inform, and move to action people of all ages in order to create a better quality of life and to be happy, healthy and fit.

Nick is a fitness professional, author, teacher, and speaker who is certified by the American Council on Exercise as both a personal trainer and health coach since 1992. He is currently recognized as a master trainer by IDEA (International Health and Fitness Association). He has been a runner since 1964 and has accumulated over 60,000 miles over that time.

Over the course of his 25 year career as a personal trainer and health coach, Nick served clients of all ages with a variety of challenges. Through his coaching and training experiences Nick became passionately involved in learning and teaching the principles of health aging as he lived them and understood them. This led to his desire to record this information in his first book Healthy Aging and You: Your Journey to Becoming Happy, Healthy, and Fit.
